Privacy Policy

Overview

This Privacy Policy outlines how our company (“we,” “our,” or “us”) gathers, utilizes, and secures your data when you engage with our mobile applications and websites. We are deeply committed to safeguarding your privacy, and all of our applications are fully compliant with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Data We Collect

While using our websites or applications, we may gather two distinct types of data:

1. Personal Data

Personal Data includes any information that can be used to directly or indirectly identify or contact you. Examples include your name, physical address, email address, telephone number, photographs, precise geolocation, billing details, and account usernames.

Important Note: You are never required to submit Personal Data simply to access or enjoy our applications.

2. Non-Personal Data

Non-Personal Data consists of anonymous information that cannot be used to identify you as an individual. This includes demographic details (such as age, date of birth, gender, and city-level location) as well as technical specifications (such as your IP address, device ID, operating system, hardware model, and software version).

Additionally, this category covers usage metrics, including game progress, session length, achievements, high scores, time stamps, and general app interactions. All of this data is collected anonymously.

How We Utilize Personal Data

Under normal circumstances, we do not collect any Personal Data during standard app gameplay or usage.

The sole exception is when a user or parent reaches out to us via email for customer support. In these instances, we collect the sender's email address exclusively for the purpose of addressing and resolving the inquiry.

How We Utilize Non-Personal Data

We may leverage Non-Personal Data to accomplish the following:

Analyze user behavior to optimize and improve the overall gameplay experience.

Compile anonymous analytics and internal performance metrics.

Bolster app security and monitor for fraudulent or abusive activities.

Determine a user's broad geographic region to ensure compliance with regional laws.

Deliver push notifications (provided the user has explicitly granted permission).

Perform internal operations, such as contextual (non-targeted) advertising and content personalization.

Children’s Privacy & COPPA Compliance

Our digital platforms strictly adhere to the guidelines set forth by COPPA. We do not intentionally solicit, collect, or retain Personal Data from children under the age of 13.

Accidental Collection: If we discover during a support inquiry that the user is under 13, we will promptly and securely erase any Personal Data they have provided.

Anonymous Play: Children can fully experience our apps without handing over any Personal Data. We solely collect anonymous, Non-Personal Data (like device identifiers) to support internal operations such as security, functionality, and contextual advertising, which is fully permitted by COPPA.

Parental Rights: If a parent or guardian suspects their child has inadvertently shared Personal Data with us, they are encouraged to contact us so we can immediately purge that data from our records.

Customer Support Inquiries

Users are welcome to contact us regarding app-related assistance. When you submit a support ticket, we may receive your email address alongside any other details you choose to share.

This information is strictly utilized to resolve your specific issue and facilitate internal app operations, aligning with the provisions of COPPA Section 312.2.

In-App Transactions

Certain applications may feature optional in-app purchases, even if the primary app is free to download. All transactions are securely handled by third-party storefronts (such as the Google Play Store or Apple App Store) and may process without requiring you to re-enter your payment credentials.

Parents who wish to prevent accidental purchases can easily disable or restrict in-app transactions via their device's built-in parental controls or app store settings.

Adolescents (Ages 13–18)

If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you must secure permission from your parent or legal guardian before sharing any Personal Data with us.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We will never sell, lease, or exchange your personal details or email address with external parties.

We will only disclose Support Information under the following specific circumstances:

With trusted service providers who help us manage and respond to support tickets.

When it is imperative to safeguard the safety, security, and integrity of our applications.

To comply with lawful requests, court orders, or other legal obligations from law enforcement agencies.

To proactively address fraud, security vulnerabilities, or matters of public safety.

All such disclosures are executed in strict accordance with COPPA Section 312.5(c)(6).

Third-Party Integrations

Our applications may integrate third-party APIs or external services, including ad networks. These third-party partners are governed by their own respective privacy policies, and we highly recommend reviewing them to understand their data practices.
